This post is a little bit late but I hope it is worth the wait. This is the tenth Owlcrate box I have received since subscribing and I have loved every single one. Owlcrate is a U.S Bookish Subscription box that features a book and 3-5 bookish items a month all surrounding a common theme. If you’d like more information about Owlcrate you can find their website here. The theme for the March 2017 box was:
SAILORS, SHIPS AND SEAS
When the box is first opened this is what you see.
The first item I took out of this box was this wash tape with a purple mermaid scale design from Simply Gilded. Owlcrate explained the colour and design of the wash tape was chosen for Ariel’s shell bra from The Little Mermaid.
The next item I took out of the box was this beautiful pendant necklace from The Geeky Cauldron that came in this little bag. This was an exclusive item for the Owlcrate box and Owlcrate consulted with The Geeky Cauldron over the design.
The third item included in this box was this Octopus notepad from Boy Girl Party. There were two designs sent out and I really like the one I got.
The final goodie in the box is this tea towel with an image of a ship and a quote. This was designed by Kitch Studios and is a really useful and gorgeous item.
An advertisement flyer for an upcoming book was also included and I have since added this book to my never-ending TBR.
The book for March 2017 was
A signed book plate from the author was included in the box…
as well as this cute temporary tattoo.
A letter from Tricia Levenseller was also included.
As always the Spoiler Cards are stunningly designed.
Since late last year Olwcrate has been including little buttons styled after the spoiler card in the box. Isn’t this little Pirate Owl cute?
The last item in the box is the hint card for next month…
I love these boxes and there are some amazing items this month. My favourite item from this box was the beautiful necklace from Geeky Cauldron. What was your favourite item?
