Trevor Mayson had his life planned out – make the family business successful and play the field for a few more years before eventually settling down. Then he sees her. Liz Hayes was beautiful, shy and everything that he could ever want…but she didn’t fit into his plans. After Trevor painfully rejects her, Liz finally starts to move on, but Trevor is finding it difficult to truly let her go. It seems the more he tries to stay away, the more intense his feelings for her become. Like a stretched rubber band, he can only take so much before snapping.

Liz Hayes is done waiting for Trevor and isn’t interested in getting her heart broken by him again, but Trevor is making it difficult for her to forget him when he shoves his way back into her life.

Can Trevor prove to her that he is worth falling in love with again, and is he ready to change his life plan to let her into his heart?

The second novel in the Until series is a companion novel following Trevor and Liz.  The relationship between these two characters started prior to the commencement of this book. However, it did not end well. Trevor wants to redeem himself in Liz’s eyes and give their relationship another try.

The relationship moves quickly and Liz even cites this in her interactions with Trevor. Trevor is extremely caring for Liz and even though he is sometimes overpowering in the relationship it is only to ensure Liz’s safety. Liz can stand up for herself and their relationship is a caring and loving one.

I enjoyed the family elements and other dynamics of the book that added to the main storyline of the romance between Trevor and Liz. An element I particularly loved was Lolly the dog, she was adorable.

Overall, I am enjoying these companion novels following the different brothers of the Mayson family as they fall head over heels. Loving men with stubborn women, whats not to love?
