UNBOXING: FEBRUARY 2017 FAIRYLOOT BOX

image

So, there was an issue with the shipping of my February 2017 Fairyloot box and my box was lost in the mail. Fairyloot kindly sent me out a replacement box, one of the items from the original box is not in here but there are replacement items from previous boxes. Thank you Fairyloot for your customer service.

Fairyloot is a monthly subscription service based out of the U.K. that focuses on YA Fantasy books. There is a theme for each month and the February theme was:

When the box is first opened this is what you see…

imageThe first item in the box is this Full Size Kalusian Sunset Candle from Happy Piranha. It smells amazing and the tin design is gorgeous. Also the candle was named by the author of the month after something from the book.

image

The second item is a pouch from Alisse Courtier. The quote on the pouch is from Rebel of the Sands by Alwyn Hamilton.

image

The next item is meant to be a baby Groot keychain, but as this was a replacement box there were no keychains left. Instead I got a mystery Funko and a candle from previous boxes.

The fourth item in the box is a Celestial Gunpowder Bath Bomb created by Bathing Beauties.

image

The fifth item is a coaster from Read at Midnight. The design is beautiful and the quote is from Illuminae by Amie Kaufman and Jay Kristoff.

The sixth item in the box was wrapped in purple tissue paper. This watercolour “Space Girl” bookmark is exquisite and designed by Till and Dill.

The seventh item is this double sided art print from Taratjah. The prints feature Dorian and Manon from Throne of Glass.
