UNBOXING: APRIL 2017 FANDOM OF THE MONTH CLUB BOX

Fandom of the Month Club is a monthly subscription service based out of the U.S. They create fantastic Fandom inspired jewellery and each month a box will focus on a particular fandom. But it’s a surprise… you don’t know what the fandom will be until you open the box.

When the box is first opened this is what you see.

The first item in the box is a card with the title “Fandom of the Month Member” written on it. In the background is a treasure map… any idea what the fandom could be?

This subscription service always includes a magnet, which I collect and keep on my fridge. This month the magnet is of a pirate flag with the skull & crossbones. Have you guessed the fandom yet?

The jewellery always comes in a pouch designed by the company with a image and quote pertaining to the fandom. The quote this month is “Not all treasure is silver and gold, mate”. If you haven’t yet guessed the fandom, the April 2017 box is Pirates of the Caribbean themed. This quote is one form Jack Sparrow in the first movie.

The first jewellery item is a pair of earrings designed to look like pieces of eight. The detail is amazing.

The next item is a ring with a treasure chest on top.

The final piece of jewellery is a necklace featuring another quote from Jack Sparrow.

This month I loved all the jewellery pieces, they matched well with the fandom of the box and are ones I will definitely wear. With the new POTC movie coming out in May I am definitely going to decked out to go and see it.

Keep Calm and Read On,

Kati
