REVIEW:
A cute and light contemporary romance told in multiple POV following Kenzie and Dylan. Both characters are at different times in their lives with a budding romance that Kenzie wants to stamp out and Dylan wants to stoke the flames.
The plot was steady and sweet with the potential romance being the centre point of the plot. The cute situations and family dynamics really stole the book for me. I loved Piper and Mackenzie’s whole family. The lengths Dylan goes through for Kenzie is absolutely adorable and heartwarming.
I adored the fact that the protagonists had something in their lives other than the romance. The sports played a major part in both Dylan and Kenzie’s lives. The passion for team and the game translates into the romantic tension between the two.
Fans of the cute contemporary romances of Rainbow Rowell or Jenny Han would adore this book.
