REVIEW:

A twisted dystopian read that ticked all the boxes for an enjoyable time.

I listened to this book via Audiobook, which was an interesting and thoroughly enjoyable experience. The main character of Keeva is strong and intelligent which I like in a dystopian heroine. The other characters within the novel all had their own role and no one seemed unnecessary to the overall storyline. The world building was absolutely amazing. I loved this dystopian society is mixed with some sci-fi for a stunning take on the dystopian genre. The societies and different coloured clothes reminded me slightly of elements of Divergent, and then Anomalies took its own twists and turns making it an amazing rollercoaster ride. While I hate cliff-hanger endings I know that there is more to come. I am so excited to continue this story with Keeva, Kai, Sun and the Rebellion. Divergent with a sci-fi twist… a must read for any fan of the dystopian genre.
